Application Process
National organizations may apply to become organizational members of FETE.
They must provide with the following documents in English:
- Organizational Membership Application Form
- Constitution
- Code of Ethics
- Disciplinary and complaints procedure and
- In order to apply as an organization, that organization must have at least one voting (full) member in FETE as representative.
All documentation must be in English. FETE reserves the right to require more documentation in case it is deemed necessary.
Application comes with a fee of 70 euros to the membership committee which evaluates it and makes a proposal to the board of directors.
The annual fee for National Organizations is 150 euros per year.
Gather Required Documents
- Fill out the Organizational Membership Application Form.
- Submit the following documents (in English):
- Constitution of the organization.
- Code of Ethics.
- Disciplinary and Complaints Procedure.
- The institute must have at least one voting (full) member in FETE as a representative.
- FETE reserves the right to request additional documentation if required.

Application Review
- The Membership Committee will review your application.
- They will assess the documents and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors.
Membership Approval
- Upon approval, your institute will be granted FETE membership.
Pay the Fee
- Once approved, the annual membership fee is 150 euros.

- Recognition as a member of FETE.
- Access to FETE resources and events.
- Voting rights (based on trainee/member count).
